The Criminal Justice System is a complex “system of systems” facing rising backlogs and tight budgets. A new set of technologies and methods—collectively called “decision intelligence”—can unlock radically improved efficiency and outcomes for the public. Simulation and optimisation through computational twins of the CJS will be central to this reinvention.
