The justice sector faces many challenges in attracting and retaining talent, especially as it undergoes digital transformation and strives to meet the needs of a diverse society. How can we ensure that the justice workforce has the skills and capabilities to deliver effective and efficient services in the future? How can we foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across different employment pools and routes in the sector? How can we align the skills development with the green agenda and the UK's net zero target?

Join us for a 50-minute panel session where we will explore these questions and more with experts from the justice sector, academia and CGI. You will hear about the latest trends and best practices in skills development, as well as how to create a culture of learning and development within the justice system, and how to foster collaboration and innovation across different agencies and stakeholders.

This session is part of the CGI Criminal Justice Forum, a series of events that aim to bring together stakeholders from across the justice sector to share insights, ideas and solutions. Whether you are a policy maker, a practitioner, a researcher or a supplier, this session will provide you with valuable insights and inspiration for equipping the justice sector with the skills for the future.

Attention: Please note that due to the interest expressed in this session, places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
