Information

In this unmissable session, our Global Head of Data & AI, Nathan Marlor, will present a near-future scenario where AI agents revolutionise the way organisations handle daily tasks and workflows. Imagine a world where an AI agent can be instructed to "download a report, summarise the contents, update the case file, then draft a letter to all parties informing them of the outcome." This seamless integration of AI agents into existing systems will significantly boost productivity and efficiency.

Nathan will further address the media attention surrounding Large Language Models (LLMs) and provide valuable insights on how to manage these AI agents with appropriate guardrails for optimal results. Attendees will witness a live demonstration of an AI agent designed specifically for service areas, such as case management, and learn from a compelling case study of our work with a client in a similarly regulated environment.

Throughout the session, Nathan will emphasise the tangible benefits of adopting AI agents, such as automating repetitive tasks and allowing human employees to focus on higher-value activities. In closing, he will reinforce how this AI agent-centric approach translates to value creation for the organisation, its users, and the citizen user. The future of work lies in the collaboration between humans and AI agents, and this session will provide valuable insights on how to harness the power of AI for organisational success.

Attention: Please note that due to the interest expressed in this session, places will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
