Information

Cyber Choices is a national programme designed to reduce cybercrime, including illegal hacking of computers and networks, denial of service and the writing, distribution or deployment of malware.

We work with schools and academies to provide presentations and learning around what illegal computer use is and the law controlling it (Computer Misuse Act 1990). We provide signposting to resources where skills can be developed in a legal way.

We also work with specific individuals referred into us who may have committed or are vulnerable to committing Computer Misuse Act offences. We look to divert them onto a more productive route by using educational visits, workshops and online training. The aim is to get the individual onto a pathway where they aspire to work towards a great job within the cyber world. Anyone can make a referral to us so please get in touch if you know of an individual that we can help.

We are here to help prevent cyber crime and divert young people onto a legal and productive pathway.
