We were created back in 2016; we saw an opportunity to achieve better outcomes for patients & improve the experience for everyone working within the NHS with ​digital health solutions. ​

Today, Health Call is a limited company owned by seven NHS Trusts, with its profits reinvested. We have extensive experience delivering digital health pathways that improve hospital flow, patient communication & efficiency, with digital solutions.

With over 60 clinician-led digital solutions, we have a digital solution for every step of the patient journey. We offer specialist solutions such as a Patient Engagement Platform accessible via the NHS App, streamlines communication and improves patient satisfaction and experience. We also offer a Virtual Care Platform, a flexible solution designed to support your organisation in delivering excellent patient care remotely, be that to safely discharge patients home on a virtual ward pathway. Digital questionnaires including an efficient Waiting List Validation tool. Our award-winning solutions are proudly in 73 NHS organisation and used by 1.5 million patients across primary, secondary and community care.
