Information

The national debate around young people not in education, employment or training (NEET) underlines the complexities of one of the most persistent challenges in the UK's labour market. This roundtable will draw on the findings of the second and concluding part of former minister Alan Milburn's NEET review, which contains recommendations, to explore how digital, data and AI-enabled transformation can reshape the system's response.

We'll discuss where technology can move the dial and where it risks widening inequalities if poorly designed or implemented. We'll surface practical opportunities and challenges for government, employers and the third sector to work together on a smarter, more joined-up approach to reducing NEET numbers.

  • Identifying those at risk and enabling early intervention
  • Delivering personalised support at scale
  • Exploring digital exclusion and equity
  • Building trust in AI-enabled tools

This session is by invitation only and places are limited. If you'd like to express your interest in attending, please get in touch info@digital-government.co.uk.
