The Importance of Software Quality in Delivering Citizen Centric Digital Services

To date, 2i have successfully supported the delivery of 14 major benefits on time and within budget, with 3 further benefits planned to be delivered. This has enabled around 1.2 million vulnerable people to receive payments from Social Security Scotland.
