Admicity is an innovative software solution, automating the admissions process and replacing multiple products for school admin functions. This intuitive interface makes it simple for schools and parents to input and maintain student information. SIMS two-way integration ensures records are up to date, while administrative processes are streamlined and automated.

Admicity keeps schools compliant with GDPR and DfE legislation by requesting the student data from parents in stages: registration information is captured at the application stage, but sensitive medical, welfare, and SEND information requires a secure password- protected parent account, which is generated automatically upon formal acceptance of the place. An online filing cabinet is held within every student record, making all document and information quickly and easily accessible to staff and parents.

1. Paperless online application process

Application form on the school website imports directly into Admicity and then syncs to SIMS, creating the Applicant Record. No other software automates the time-consuming process of creating the Applicant Record.

2. Automated admissions workflow

Even the most complicated admission workflows are automated. Contracts can be e-signed and stored in the student’s virtual filing cabinet, and references from feeder schools are requested automatically.

3. Medical, SEN and Welfare management

Sensitive student information is provided securely and confidentially by the parent and kept up to date. Any information added to SIMS by the school is shared with the parent who can then confirm they have seen it.

4. Easy communication with parents

Admicity’s forms are designed to quickly and easily communicate with parents. The recipient list could be as big as the whole school or as small as just the pupils in a class who have asthma. Auto-reminders remove the need for manual chasing.

5. Seamless integration of up-to-date information

All student information entered by the parents instantly and seamlessly syncs to SIMS. Parents can easily update information at any time so the school can rely on its accuracy. Auto-reminders chase missing data.

6. Bursary management

Admicity will also automate the process of assessing applicants for bursaries. This is built into the automated admissions workflow if the parent requests a bursary at the point of application.

7. Census data is available when needed

With the autumn census taking place just six weeks into the academic year, all the required student data for the new starters already being available on SIMS considerably reduces the data officer’s workload.

8. School trips and events management

Admicity’s forms and approval process can be used to manage the entire school trip process – from recruiting staff volunteers to risk assessments and sign-up forms for parents.
