ABE is an award-winning, fully regulated British exam board which has been at the forefront of developing business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills since we were founded in 1973. We have a strong international focus and operate in more than 30 countries.

We offer schools a unique and innovative entrepreneurship programme, called KidsMBA. It engages children in the idea of running a business and develops an entrepreneurial mindset among children as young as eleven, using their natural creativity. We also offer exciting new level 3 qualifications in business, entrepreneurialism and leadership which provide a dynamic, skills-focused, future-facing alternative to traditional A levels and we currently have a Level 2 follow on to KidsMBA in development. In 2023 we became an independent subsidiary of The Institute of Leadership.
